West Ham fans have made their minds up on Lukasz Fabianski

Some West Ham United fans think Lukasz Fabianski needs to be replaced as the club’s number one goalkeeper next season.

The 35-year-old joined the Hammers from Swansea City in the summer of 2018 for around £7 million.

And in fairness to Fab, he has been a top class player for us.

Injuries have undoubtedly affected him over the past year, however, certainly when it comes down to his kicking and distribution.

Fabianski, who earns £62k-a-week at the London Stadium (WT Foot) has made the odd mistake this year.

The Poland international made a glaring error yesterday against Newcastle.

On the whole, however, he is a fairly dependable stopper.

The former Arsenal ace recently signed a new contract with West Ham that runs until 2022.

When that deal expires he will be 37. So it is fair to assume that next season could very be well Fab’s last in a Hammers shirt.
