Hammers owners David Sullivan and David Gold are notorious for making embarrassingly low, derisory bids for players, safe in the knowledge that said offers will get rejected and they can then give the old, ‘We tried’ speech.

Nikola Milenkovic is a truly top class defender. He is well worth £21 million and is just 23! Signing him for that kind of fee should be an absolute no-brainer for West Ham.
He has all of the attributes needed to be a huge hit in the Premier League. £21 million will look like an absolute steal in a few years time.
