Some West Ham United fans have taken to Twitter in reaction to claims that Blackburn Rovers striker Adam Armstrong is David Moyes’s number one striker target this summer.

Hammers boss David Moyes desperately needs to bring a top class striker to the London Stadium this summer.
And Claret and Hugh claims that Adam Armstrong is the Scot’s number one transfer target.

The 24-year-old has been in fine form for Blackburn this season. He has racked up 20 goals in 35 games so far (Transfermarkt).
Armstrong has missed Blackburn’s last few games through injury, however.
The Englishman is exactly the kind of striker West Ham should be looking to sign this summer.
He has explosive pace, is an incredibly hard worker and leads the line on his own with aplomb.
Armstrong is a great finisher as well.
Tony Mowbray recently described the 24-year-old as an explosive centre-forward (Evening Express).
If the Hammers can pick him up for a reasonable fee this summer, it seems like an absolute no-brainer.
