Some Hammers fans are not convinced that the Colombia international is the man for the job at the London Stadium, however.
David Moyes is clearly on the hunt for a top class centre-forward.
Having sold Sebastien Haller to Ajax in January, West Ham now have Michail Antonio as their only recognised centre-forward.
That has to change in the summer.
