Whatever happens this season, Hammers boss David Moyes should be looking to bring at least two top class strikers to the London Stadium in the summer.

Michail Antonio is West Ham’s only senior centre-forward at the moment.

That quite simply isn’t good enough for a club who are challenging for the European spots.

The Telegraph claims that the Hammers could look to solve that particular issue by signing Chelsea hitman Tammy Abraham east the end of the season.

The Athletic recently claimed that the 23-year-old Blues hitman is not interested in discussing a contract extension at Stamford Bridge.

He is close friends with Declan Rice and that could help the Hammers secure a summer deal for the striker according to ExWHUemployee.

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has so much attacking talent at his disposal. So it would be no surprise to see Abraham leave for pastures new this summer.

Abraham, who earns £65k-a-week according to Football League FC, would surely be a useful addition for West Ham this summer.

Sure, he doesn’t run the channels like Michail Antonio. He is a proven goalscorer, however.

Abraham has scored 90 goals in 207 senior games for Chelsea, Bristol City, Aston Villa and Swansea City (Transfermarkt).

The 23-year-old is a powerful front-man, possesses exceptional movement and is a great finisher when presented with a goalscoring opportunity.
