Hammers boss David Moyes needs to considerably strengthen his ranks at the London Stadium.

The problem is that money is tight at West Ham.

So Moyes will have to be thrifty in his transfer business.

Central midfield is an area where the Hammers should be prioritising new additions.

West Ham eyeing Dor Peretz swoop

Sport1 claims that Moyes is keen to bring the 26-year-old central midfielder to the London Stadium on a free transfer when his contract expires with Maccabi Tel Aviv in the summer.

The Israel international is a defensive midfielder by trade and he possesses impressive technical ability.

He is also a tenacious tackler and a very hard worker.

We could do a lot worse than signing Peretz on a free transfer, that’s for sure.

The 26-year-old recorded some impressive numbers for Maccabi Tel Aviv this season, with 10 goals and nine assists in 50 games (Transfermarkt).

With funds expected to be tight this summer, picking Peretz up on a free would be a very smart move.
