Hammers boss David Moyes is interested in signing the Manchester United defender (ExWHUemployee) and the Fenerbahce ace (NTV Spor) this summer.

Both players would be great options for West Ham.

And the East London outfit should be prioritising bringing at least one of them to the London Stadium this summer.

The Birmingham Mail claims that the Hammers are at risk of missing out on one or even both of Moyes’s centre-back targets this summer.


Villans boss Dean Smith is allegedly keen to sign Tuanzebe and or Szalai.

Losing out to Villa on the Man United and Fenerbahce defenders would be truly disastrous for the Hammers.

Aston Villa beat us to the signing of Ollie Watkins last summer and managed to pip us to Emi Buendia this summer.

The West Midlands outfit are clearly a club with huge ambition.

We won’t be too hasty to jump to conclusions. West Ham may well have plenty of irons in the fire.
