West Ham can sign Sampdoria centre-back Omar Colley for just €10 million (£8.5 million) according to a report from SampNews24.
Hammers boss David Moyes is on the look-out for a new centre-back.
Fabian Balbuena has left the London Stadium whilst Angelo Ogbonna and Craig Dawson are now 33 and 31 respectively.
Moyes has a lot of work on his hands this summer.
And he has limited funds available to him, so the task ahead for the West Ham boss is an unenviable one.
West Ham could sign Colley on the cheap
SampNews24 claims that the 28-year-old Sampdoria ace is now available for just £8.5 million.
That sounds like an incredibly good bargain for the Hammers.
Colley would be a truly brilliant addition to the West Ham squad this summer.
With his powerful and imposing physique, the 6ft 3in centre-back seems to be ideally suited to the robust nature of the Premier League. The Gambia international would certainly offer us another potent threat from set-pieces.
He is experienced and battle hardened.
In 29 Serie A appearances for Sampdoria last season, Colley averaged one tackle, 2.3 interceptions, 4.6 clearances and one block per game. He has also won an average of 2.6 aerial duals per match (Who Scored).
Signing Colley for around £8.5 million would be absolutely incredible value for the Hammers.
And David Moyes should not hesitate to bring him to the London Stadium before the start of the new Premier League campaign.
