Hammers boss David Moyes is very keen to bolster his central defensive ranks at the London Stadium before the start of next season.
Fabian Balbuena has already left West Ham whilst Angelo Ogbonna and Craig Dawson are 33 and 31 respectively.
Meanwhile, the jury is still out on Issa Diop and Frederik Alves, Aji Alese and Jamal Baptiste are perhaps too young to make an impact this season.

West Ham chasing Liverpool ace Nat Phillips
Sky Sports reckon that David Moyes is eyeing a move to prise the towering 24-year-old centre-back away from Anfield.
We think that Phillips would be an exceptional addition for West Ham.
Liverpool Echo reckon that Jurgen Klopp will demand around £10 million for the Liverpool defender.

In 17 Premier League outings for the Reds last season, the 24-year-old averaged 1.3 tackles, 1.2 interceptions, 4.8 clearances and 0.8 blocks per game. He also won an average of 5.6 aerial duels per match during those appearances (Who Scored).
Phillips is a real warrior. He is an absolute monster in the air and isn’t afraid to mix things up physically with opposing centre-forwards.
The 24-year-old has proven that he is good enough to produce the goods at the very highest level over the past year.

Signing Phillips for just £10 million would be an absolute no-brainer for David Moyes. Let’s hope that West Ham manage to get this one over the line asap.
