West Ham boss David Moyes allegedly needs to pay £15 million if he wants to sign Bristol City striker Antoine Semenyo in the summer transfer window.
That’s according to a report from The Mirror who claim that the Hammers could face competition from Celtic for the London-born centre-forward.

West Ham manager David Moyes will be absolutely desperate to bring at least one top-class forward to the London Stadium this summer.
The fact that we have Michail Antonio as our only centre-forward option is actually beyond farcical.

Moyes obviously tried his best to address that particular problem in January but he failed to bring anyone into the club in the end. And all that matters now is righting that particular wrong in the summer transfer window.
West Ham boss Moyes needs to part with £15 million for Bristol City striker Semenyo
The Mirror claims that the 22-year-old Bristol City striker is firmly on the Hammers’ radar ahead of the summer transfer window.
We think that Semenyo would actually be a very smart addition for West Ham but only on the one condition that he is signed as well as a marquee summer arrival.
Moyes needs to buy a striker who has proven himself at the very highest level this summer. And whilst Semenyo is certainly talented, he is definitely not the finished article.
Sky Sports recently described the striker, who was born in Chelsea, as ‘incredible’.

The 22-year-old has bagged six goals and eight assists in 21 Championship appearances for the Robins so far this season (Transfermarkt).
The Bristol City striker has blistering pace and is a really hard-working forward. He has been described as ‘rapid’ by Sky Sports.
He is also a very impressive dribbler and always puts in a defensive shift so it’s easy to see why Moyes might be interested in signing him in the summer.
Semenyo does panic sometimes in front of goal though and that is something that he absolutely must improve if he is to make the jump up from the Championship to the Premier League.
In this day and age though, £15 million seems like a fair price to pay for Semenyo. And if Moyes brings the gifted striker to West Ham in the summer, we will be firmly behind the move.
