West Ham and bitter rivals Spurs are in a fight over a Black Star Erik ten Hag loves as reports make Mohammed Kudus claim.
The Hammers have really closed the gap on their London rivals Tottenham Hotspur under David Moyes.
West Ham and Tottenham were linked with mutual interest in a number of players over the summer.
Spurs reportedly beat West Ham to the signings of Djed Spence, Destiny Udogie and – after Moyes allegedly turned down the chance – Yves Bissouma too.
Both Moyes and Antonio Conte reportedly tried to sign Filip Kostic, who ended up at Juventus.

West Ham and Spurs also both held a strong interest in Kostic’s Serbia teammate Nikola Milenkovic too, but he remained at Fiorentina.
Nothing could separate the two sides on the pitch when they drew 1-1 at the London Stadium last month.
Now West Ham and Spurs are in a new fight over a Black Star Erik ten Hag loves as reports make Mohammed Kudus claim.

Ghana forward Kudus is really announcing himself in the Eredivisie with Ajax this season, scoring eight goals in 12 games across all competitions – including a powerful strike away at Liverpool.
According to Bild – as also reported by KUMB – West Ham and Tottenham are seriously interested in Kudus with a view to a January move for the 22-year-old, who can play as a winger, wide forward or striker.
A series of injury issues have slowed his progress but with those seemingly behind Kudus now, he is starting to show why Man United boss Ten Hag rated him so highly.
“You can see the incredible potential that that boy has,” Ten Hag said after Kudus starred in a 2-1 win over Eintracht Frankfurt when he was still Ajax boss.
“We are going to have a lot of fun with that. It can be used in several positions and that multifunctionality can help us a lot.”
Both Moyes and Conte are known to want versatile players who give them options of setting up in different ways.

Hailed as ‘really special’ by Dutch striker Tom van Weert, Kudus is starting to realise his enormous potential.
And according to Bild West Ham and Spurs want to get him signed in January before more attractive offers land on the Black Star’s doorstep.
Both clubs will also be wary that if Ten Hag rates Kudus so highly then Manchester United could also be in the mix.
