And it’s good news for both clubs – because Scamacca’s best friend has spoken out on his future and says a move to the Premier League fascinates him.
‘It’s a great league, it fascinates me’
“The Premier League fascinates me: it’s a great league,” Frattesi told DAZN, as transcribed by Hammers News.

Man United boss Ten Hag is said to be a huge fan of Frattesi. So West Ham will have their work cut out to get their hands on him.
Especially with Scamacca’s future at the London Stadium unclear amid reports of a return to Italy.
The fact Frattesi wants a move to the Premier League, though, after the Roma rumours should encourage both clubs.
