The 21-year-old Hammers ace, who earns £60k-a-week (Daily Star) has been superb for us over the past two years or so.
Rice has been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea since the summer. West Ham allegedly value the defensive midfield ace at around £80 million (The Times).

And the Express have rekindled those rumours ahead of the January transfer window.
Manchester United have now been tipped as a potential next destination for Declan Rice, however.
Tony Cascarino said the West Ham youngster ‘stinks of a Man United signing’, when speaking to talkSPORT:

“Declan Rice was superb. He absolutely ran the show in midfield. He was up against Kalvin Phillips as well, who is a good player. I thought he just took the game by the scruff of the neck. He just stunk of a Manchester United signing to me. I was sat there thinking, ‘Wow!’”
First and foremost, Rice is under contract at West Ham until the summer of 2024.
The Hammers have the option to extend that deal by a further 12 months. So we currently hold all the cards.
If West Ham can match his ambition by backing David Moyes in the transfer market, there is no reason why we can’t keep him at the London Stadium for the long-term.
Rice loves West Ham as well. That’s why he’s such a popular player. The West Ham owners absolutely have to prove to Dec that we are an ambitious club. If they don’t do that, nobody would blame the England international for leaving.
Let’s just hope and pray that that day never comes.
