Sky Sports have denied insider claims after West Ham transfer news involving star Tomas Soucek which shocked fans.
Earlier this week Football Insider claimed West Ham were willing to sell Soucek after a falling out with Hammers boss David Moyes.
“West Ham will listen to offers for Tomas Soucek this summer following a falling-out with David Moyes, Football Insider claimed.
“A West Ham source has told Football Insider that Soucek’s position is shrouded by uncertainty and that is not just due to negotiations over pay rise and extended deal.
“It is believed there has also been tension behind the scenes between the midfielder, 27, and manager Moyes.”
That news left West Ham fans in shock.
A Hammers insider then confirmed all is not well behind the scenes between Soucek and Moyes because the Scot refused to green light a new £95k per week contract for the big Czech (Claret and Hugh).
Soucek on his day is one of the most influential midfielders around.
Indeed he is one of – if not the – central figures of Moyes’s rebuild at West Ham around hardworking, honest players who give their all for the Hammers.
With so many players leaving and at least seven new signings needed in a big rebuild this summer, having to potentially replace Soucek could make for a difficult and disappointing window for Moyes and West Ham.

Hammers fans have understandably been concerned.
Sky Sports claims West Ham are not looking to sell the midfielder this summer after reports they were listening to offers for him.
“Sky Sports News understands the 27-year-old remains an integral part of manager David Moyes’ plans moving forward.
“The Czech Republic international has two years left on his contract with the option of a further year.”
