Everton are reportedly ready to send Michael Keane to West Ham United on loan in the January transfer window.
That’s according to a report from 90min who claim that the Hammers could now explore a deal to sign the Everton centre-back on a loan deal this winter.
David Moyes desperately needs to bolster his central defensive ranks at the London Stadium in January.
Angelo Ogbonna and Craig Dawson are 34 and 32 respectively, whilst Kurt Zouma is experiencing continual injured problems.

Michael Keane is someone who Moyes has been heavily linked with recently.
And now it seems as though the Toffees are ready to help facilitate the 29-year-old’s move to the London Stadium…
West Ham could sign Everton defender Michael Keane on loan in January
90min claims that the Hammers could sign the 29-year-old Toffees centre-back on loan in the January transfer window.
I have to say, this one hardly fills me with excitement!
There are so many better defenders available out there. I thought Moyes didn’t like signing players for the sake of it? I thought he’d prefer to wait further down the line to get a player he actually wants rather than just put a band aid over the wound so to speak?
Signing Keane from Everton would be the epitome of a panic buy.
The 29-year-old is slow and cumbersome and really is very poor when in possession of the football.
He is strong in the air and the tackle but his skillset is limited to say the least.
West Ham signing Michael Keane from Everton in the January transfer window would be incredibly underwhelming. And in my opinion, it would represent a real backward step for the Hammers.
The main issue I have here is that it goes against everything that David Moyes supposedly stands for when it comes to transfers.

The Scot has repeatedly insisted that he wants to add young and hungry players to his ranks at the London Stadium.
He has also shared how he won’t strengthen his squad unless the incoming player improves the first XI.
Michael Keane doesn’t tick the boxes in either of those categories does he. So if the 29-year-old Everton defender does join West Ham in January, we will have to assume that Moyes has made a panic signing.
It may well just be a case of needs must. And who knows, maybe Keane will surprise a few people and be a big hit at West Ham, if he does indeed move to the London Stadium in the January transfer window.
It remains to be seen whether Hammers boss Moyes does push ahead with his interest in the Everton centre-back though.
