The 21-year-old ace left Spurs on a free transfer last summer and linked up with Portuguese outfit Vitoria Guimaraes.
David Moyes will undoubtedly be keen to bolster his ranks at the London Stadium in January.
It could be argued that the last thing we need is another winger. With Felipe Anderson and Andriy Yarmolenko facing uncertain futures at West Ham, however, signing an exciting young winger may not be the worst shout.

And TEAMtalk claims that is exactly what could happen.
It is claimed that the Hammers are one of many clubs interested in bringing former Tottenham starlet Marcus Edwards back to England.
The 22-year-old has really excelled during his time with Vitoria Guimaraes. He has racked up 10 goals and 11 assists in 46 games for the Portuguese outfit (Transfermarkt).

Edwards is a lively winger who can also play in midfield or the number 10 role. So he would add great versatility to West Ham’s attacking options.
The ex-Spurs ace could be available for as little as £6.8 million as well (Football.London).
And for that kind of price, signing Edwards in January seems like an absolute no-brainer for West Ham.
