David Moyes is apparently a big fan of the Gunners youngster and allegedly sees him as the ideal addition considering the Hammers’ energetic style of play.
The East London outfit desperately need to sign a new striker this summer.
Michail Antonio is currently our only recognised senior centre-forward.
The 31-year-old’s hamstrings are completely unreliable. So the addition of at least one striker this summer will be vital.

So many names have been linked with a move to the London Stadium since January.

Mikel Arteta is ready to let the 21-year-old Arsenal ace leave the Emirates this summer (Football.London).
West Ham eyeing summer swoop for Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah
David Moyes sees the Gunners ace as the ideal fit for the Hammers dressing room according to a report from the Evening Standard.
It is debatable as to whether Nketiah is the kind of striker West Ham should be targeting, however.
He is far from prolific for a start.

Eddie has made just three Premier League starts for Arsenal this season and has 11 substitute appearances to his name. He has scored just one goal in the league and ironically it came against West Ham at the start of the season.
The Gunners could demand as much as £30 million for the young striker as well (talkSPORT).
That’s just too much money for a player with Nketiah’s track record.
And we think David Moyes should be looking elsewhere.
