West Ham have been dealt somewhat of a blow with the news that Leeds United now want to sign Brentford striker Ivan Toney.

Whites boss Marcelo Bielsa wants to bring the alleged Hammers target to Elland Road this summer according to a report from Football League World.
West Ham manager David Moyes has been linked with a move to sign Toney since January and most recently by Eurosport.

Moyes will have his work cut-out if he is to bring the prolific 25-year-old ace to the London Stadium this summer.

Leeds are now keen to sign Toney as well (Football League World).
The Brentford ace will cost around £35 million this summer according to Football League World. So West Ham already faced an uphill battle to sign him.
The Hammers’ task has just got a lot harder, however, with Bielsa eyeing a summer swoop for the Bees front-man.
Ivan Toney would be a great signing for West Ham or Leeds
The 25-year-old has been in sensational form this season.

He has racked up 29 goals and 10 assists in 39 league games so far (Transfermarkt). He has unquestionably been the Championship’s standout player.
Toney is at a great age to make the jump up from the Championship to the Premier League.
He is a great finisher and is very mobile.
The Brentford ace is exactly the kind of striker West Ham should be looking to sign. It seems as though Leeds could have a big say in the race for his signature this summer, however.
