Fichajes recently claimed that Hammers boss David Moyes wants to bring the 24-year-old to the London Stadium this summer.
And it now seems as though West Ham have a great chance to sign the Portugal international.
Valencia are in real trouble financially.

AS (Print edition, page 18, March 24th) claims that Los Che will welcome any approaches for Guedes this summer.
The 24-year-old is allegedly available for just £13 million according to Fichajes.
And that would be incredible value for the Hammers, in spite of the winger’s patchy form this season.
West Ham signing Goncalo Guedes would be a really exciting move
The 24-capped capped Portugal international has exceptional technique and is very easy on the eye.

Guedes has been offered to the Hammers on a plate according to AS (Print edition, page 18, March 24th).
The 24-year-old hasn’t been in great form this season with just four goals and three assists in 24 games to his name for Valencia this season (Transfermarkt).
Valencia have really struggled this season, however. There is a dark cloud hanging over La Mestalla, with financial turmoil threatening to completely destroy the club.
Perhaps a change of scenery would do Guedes the world of good. And if West Ham sign him this summer, it will certainly be an addition that we should all get behind.
