The Hammers have already signed two players from the Czech giants.
David Moyes brought Tomas Soucek to the London Stadium in January 2020 and Vladimir Coufal followed nine months later.
West Ham plotting another Slavia Prague raid?
Ruik claims that the Hammers are set to return to familiar hunting ground this summer.

West Ham boss David Moyes is allegedly eyeing moves to sign Slavia Prague trio Peter Olayinka, Abdallah Sima and Ondrej Kolar.
The East London outfit are in a great position to qualify for Europe this season. If we manage to do just that, it will be vital for Moyes to add both quality and quantity to his ranks in the summer.
Slavia Prague trio would be superb additions for West Ham
Olayinka, 25 and Sima, 19, can both play anywhere along the front line. They have racked up a combined 30 goals and 11 assists for Slavia this season.
Both players would be exciting additions for the Hammers.

Meanwhile, Kolar is a truly top class goalkeeper.
The 26-year-old has let in just 15 goals in 24 league games this season and has kept 13 clean sheets in the process (Transfermarkt).
Signing all three players may well be a stretch, although not impossible.
If Moyes could bring two of them – Sima and Kolar, to the London Stadium, however, it would be a very successful summer transfer window.
