In other news…Report: West Ham are very likely to try to sign Burnley midfielder in the summer

The 28-year-old joined the Hammers on loan from Manchester United in January.

Lingard has eight goals and three assists in just nine Premier League games to his name for West Ham so far.

The Hammers fans absolutely love the Man United owned ace. And we are all desperate for him to be signed permanently in the summer.

Bringing him to the London Stadium on. permanent basis will surely be one of David Moyes’ priorities at the end of this season.

West Ham could have their work cut-out with Jesse Lingard

ESPN are claiming that three of the game’s biggest clubs – Real Madrid, PSG and Inter Milan are now all interested in signing the 27-capped England international.

It could, of course, be argued that this is all purely speculation created by Manchester United and/or Lingard’s agent Mino Raiola in order to drive up the 28-year-old’s price.

In fact, there is a very good chance that that is exactly what has happened.

Having said that, it would be no surprise if plenty of other clubs want to sign Jesse this summer.

One huge factor in West Ham’s favours however, is the fact that Lingard is clearly very happy at the London Stadium.

He seems to be absolutely loving life at the club. If the glove fits…wear it.

Let’s hope that’s the way Jesse Lingard sees it in the summer. Because life without the 28-year-old at West Ham next season won’t quite be the same.
