West Ham United are set to make an improved bid for Napoli hitman Arkadiusz Milik according to an exclusive report from Onet.
In other news…‘Would be unbelievable’: Some West Ham fans go wild as GSB allegedly plot huge transfer
Calico Napoli 24 claimed on Monday that the Hammers made a £6.3 million offer for the 26-year-old striker.
That bid was clearly rejected, however.
Calcio Napoli 24 journalist Ciro Venerato told Radio Kiss Kiss (quoted via Spazio Napoli) the Hammers could sign the Poland international but only for a minimum of £8 million.

West Ham boss David Moyes will be desperate to bolster his attacking ranks before the transfer window slams shut at the end of this month.
With Sebastien Haller having left for Ajax, the Scot is down to the bare bones as far as attacking options go.
And whilst Arkadiusz Milik would not be many West Ham fans’ first choice, he would undoubtedly be a decent addition for us. As long as we sign Boulaye Dia or Patson Daka as well.

West Ham firming up Arkadiusz Milik interest?
Onet claims that negotiations are now set to accelerate between West Ham and Napoli as Moyes looks to bolster his centre-forward ranks at the London Stadium.
£8 million for the 56-capped Poland international wouldn’t be the worst business in the world. He is only 26 after all. And with 114 goals in 271 career club appearances to his name (Transfermarkt), he is certainly no mug.
West Ham fans will undoubtedly expect David Moyes to be more ambitious, however.
Let’s be realistic though. In the big picture, signing Milik wouldn’t be the worse thing in the world.
