Reported West Ham United transfer target Keylor Navas has chosen to join Nottingham Forest in the January window.
That’s according to a report from French publication Le10 Sport who claim that the 36-year-old stopper has made the decision to join Nottingham Forest after holding several discussions with the East Midlands club.

At the time it seemed like a really bizarre link. However, with a recent report suggesting that Alphonse Areola is open to leaving West Ham to join Lorient on loan, bringing Navas to the London Stadium wouldn’t be the strangest signing in the world from Moyes.
It seems like a moot point now though, with Forest allegedly closing in on his signature…
Keylor Navas chooses Nottingham Forest
Le 10 Sport claims that the 36-year-old goalkeeper could be Forest bound.
He will certainly be a very useful addition indeed to Steve Cooper’s ranks at the City Ground.
He has an incredible seven league titles to his name as well as three Champions League winner’s medals.

Navas has conceded just 435 goals in 452 games and has kept 165 clean sheets in the process (Transfermarkt).
We have to say though, the addition of another goalkeeper really is the last thing David Moyes needs right now.
So losing out on Keylor Navas to Nottingham Forest isn’t the end of the world.
Moyes has plenty of pressing priorities between now and the end of the January transfer window. However, signing a goalkeeper isn’t one of them.
