The Hammers’ need for a new striker has now reached desperation levels.
We have basically made bids for every available striker on the continent!
Sebastien Haller was sold to Ajax 10 days ago. It appears as though West Ham are nowhere near closer to signing anyone, however.
The latest name to be linked with a move to the London Stadium is Sevilla hitman Youssef En-Nesyri.

The Athletic claims that the Hammers have made a £22 million bid for the 23-year-old striker – one that could rise to £26.7 million with add-ons.
West Ham bid for Youssef En-Nesyri
West Ham’s bid has been rejected but they are not deterred, with Moyes now viewing the Sevilla ace as his primary target.
The 35-capped Morocco international has been in fine form in Spain this season.
He has racked up 12 goals in 25 games for Sevilla so far this term. The Moroccan is far from prolific, however, with just 38 goals in 145 career games to his name (Transfermarkt).

En-Nesyri can play anywhere along the front-line though. And that will undoubtedly appeal to West Ham.
Standing at 6ft 2in tall, the Morroco international is a big, strong and powerful centre-forward. He is also incredibly quick along the ground, however.
The 23-year-old has huge potential. Whether the West Ham owners are prepared to sufficiently increase their opening offer for the striker, however, remains to be seen.
