West Ham United are allegedly now keen to sign experienced Burnley left-back Charlie Taylor this summer.
That’s according to a report from talkSPORT who claim that the Hammers believe that cash-strapped Burnley could be open to selling the 28-year-old before the transfer window closes.

Signing a new left-back should arguably be the main priority for David Moyes between now and September 1st.
West Ham were said to be heavily interested in signing Taylor last month.

Links with the likes of David Raum and Filip Kostic have come and gone, but there are still plenty of exciting options out there for Moyes.
It seems as though the Scot could play it safe with a proven Premier League player though…
West Ham in for Charlie Taylor
The Hammers could make a move to sign the ex-Leeds defender before deadline day according to a report from talkSPORT.
And what’s more, West Ham think that Burnley will be open to selling Taylor, considering their current financial situation.
We wouldn’t mind Moyes bringing Taylor to the London Stadium one little bit. He’s a very solid left-back.
The 28-year-old bagged three assists in 31 Premier League games for Burnley last season (Who Scored).
During those appearances, Taylor averaged 1.5 tackles, 1.9 interceptions and 2.3 clearances per match (Who Scored).

The former Leeds ace is a very solid defender but is good going forward as well and possesses a wicked delivery.
He’s hard as nails and Sean Dyche described him as a very powerful defender last year (Express and Star).
Burnley signed Taylor from Leeds for £5 million five years ago (Daily Mail). He still has two years remaining on his current deal at Turf Moor but with Burnley having been relegated last season, they may well be prepared to move him on.
If Charlie Taylor is available for a decent fee this summer, West Ham signing him should be somewhat of a no-brainer.
That being said, there are definitely more attractive options out there – Borna Sosa being one of them.
