West Ham United are reportedly ready to submit a formal offer for teenage Lille midfielder Carlos Baleba.
According to La Voix du Nord, Lille starlet Carlos Baleba is firmly on the radar of West Ham, and the East London outfit are ready to submit a €30 million (£26 million) offer for the 19-year-old in the summer transfer window.

Hammers boss David Moyes will be determined to bring a top-class central midfielder to the London Stadium this summer, with Declan Rice believed to be on his way out of the club.

West Ham have been linked with numerous players already including the likes of James Ward-Prowse, Joao Palhinha and Youssouf Fofana.
Now another name has reportedly been added to Moyes’s wish-list…
West Ham have new central midfield target, ready to make a £26m bid for Carlos Baleba
La Voix du Nord reckon that the Hammers are lining up a £26 million bid for the powerful Lille midfielder this summer.
I believe the Lille starlet would be a really exciting addition to Moyes’s ranks at the London Stadium.
Balbea made 19 Ligue 1 appearances for Lille last season, with only five of them being starts.
Even during his limited playing time, the Cameroon international proved just how good he is, if not a little rough around the edges.

He is incredibly strong and seems to have all of the physical attributes needed to succeed in the Premier League.
Carlos Baleba has energy, athleticism, pace and power in abundance and would bring so much to the West Ham midfield.
The Lille ace would definitely be a signing made with one eye on the future though rather than for the here and now.
So if the Hammers are to move on from Declan Rice, Moyes will need to bring in an established central midfielder as well as Baleba this summer.
