West Ham have their first summer signing lined up with a move for attacking teen sensation Sean Moore “all but done” claims a new report.
West Ham have already secured their first signing of the summer with a deal for winger Sean Moore close to being agreed for £500k.
That’s according to a report from The Belfast Telegraph overnight.
The Hammers have been very active in the Irish market in recent years, particularly Northern Ireland. And they look set to continue their pursuit of the finest emerging talent across the Irish Sea.

Moore could be a real coup for West Ham after club beat the likes of Newcastle and Brighton to sign him
Moore will clearly be one for the future but it sounds like this could be quite the coup for West Ham.
The Irons are said to have beaten a host of other clubs to land the gifted young star.
In fact the report claims the list of English and Scottish clubs who wanted to sign Moore ran into double figures.
Three of them are said to be Everton, Brighton and Newcastle.
Ahead of his expected move to West Ham, Moore was named the league’s young player of the year at an awards ceremony last night.
Report: West Ham have first summer signing lined up with move for attacking teen sensation Sean Moore “all but done”
Moore is so highly rated in Belfast that his club Cliftonville have insisted on a “hefty” sell on clause being inserted into the deal.
“Cliftonville’s teenage sensation Sean Moore is set for a summer move to Premier League outfit West Ham United,” it is reported.
“Sunday Life Sport can reveal the deal is all but done, with the Hammers beating a host of other clubs to land the gifted 17-year-old winger.
“It is understood Cliftonville will receive an initial fee of around £170,000, with several stipulations in the transfer which will lead to the Solitude side hitting a financial jackpot if Moore makes the grade in England.

Red Bull model signing will encourage fans
“It is possible that the Reds could make in the region of £500,000 from the switch, with add-ons relating to the likes of first-team appearances. A hefty sell-on clause is also expected to be written into the contract taking Moore to east London from north Belfast.”
If the name sounds familiar to Hammers fans it is because the club were linked with him back in January.
And the report states that while a deal did not get done them, the early interest put West Ham in the box seat.
“For all involved in the deal, it would be a shock if Moore wasn’t wearing claret and blue next season,” The Belfast Telegraph adds.
This sounds like a very exciting young signing for West Ham.
And encouragingly it is in line with the Red Bull model David Moyes vowed to implement when he returned to east London over three years ago.
