According to a report from the Evening Standard, David Sullivan has taken more of a backseat role regarding transfers since David Moyes returned to the London Stadium.

The Scot has made a massive impact over the last 14 months since he returned as Hammers boss.
It has been great to see the way in which Moyes has transformed West Ham into a hard-working, well-organised outfit.
The Hammers are flying high in the Premier League table. We are currently sitting in fifth spot, just four points adrift of second placed Manchester United.
The transformation at the London Stadium has been huge and West Ham look like a completely different team this season.
Things appear to be changing off the pitch as well.
The Hammers have become somewhat of a laughing stock amongst the rest of the footballing world due to our amateurish approach to transfers. That appears to be changing now, however, albeit slowly.
David Sullivan learning from past mistakes?
West Ham have made some superb signings over the past year including the likes of Vladimir Coufal, Tomas Soucek and Said Benrahma.
According to a report from the Evening Standard, David Sullivan has taken more of a backseat with regards to transfers dealings with David Moyes taking a firm handle on the situation.
If that is the case, then it’s great news.
West Ham need to find a way of operating more professionally from top to bottom.
And if David Moyes truly has taken more of a firm grasp on transfer dealings, then that can only be a good thing for the Hammers.
Whether Sullivan is capable of allowing the Scot to do his work without interfering in the long-term, however, remains to be seen.
