Chelsea striker Armando Broja is a more achievable summer transfer target for West Ham than Benfica ace Darwin Nunez.

That’s according to a report from The Daily Mail who claim that the 20-year-old Chelsea centre-forward is the number one priority for Hammers boss David Moyes this summer.

West Ham absolutely must strengthen the centre-forward department at the London Stadium before the start of next season.

Michail Antonio is currently the only option Moyes has at his disposal and as good as he has been for us over the past 18 months, that has to change this summer.

Chelsea ace Armando Broja is someone who has been linked with a move to the London Stadium from Stamford Bridge for quite some time now (The Sun).

And it seems as though the Hammers are set to ramp up our interest now in the Albania international…

Chelsea ace Armando Broja a priority for West Ham

The Daily Mail reckon that the Hammers believe that signing Armando Broja is more achievable than Benfica hitman Darwin Nunez this summer.

And because of that, West Ham are prioritising a move to prise the 20-year-old centre-forward away from Stamford Bridge. We believe that Broja would be a sensational addition for the Hammers.

Broja has spent this season on loan from Chelsea at Southampton and has massively impressed.

The Albanian has proven that he is a striker who is well capable of succeeding at the very highest level.

The Chelsea owned ace is strong, quick and is a really, really good finisher. Broja has bagged an impressive nine goals and one assist in 36 games for Southampton this season (Transfermarkt).

It is his all around game that has been the most impressive thing about him though. The way in which he holds up the ball with his back to goal and brings others into play has been truly magnificent to watch.

He has been described as an ‘exceptional’ striker by The Athletic.

Chelsea Broja could be available for anywhere from £40 million (The Sun) to £60 million (Tuttomercatoweb). And we firmly believe that the West Ham owners should pay whatever it takes to bring the 20-year-old to East London this summer.

Broja would be a superb signing for the Hammers.
