West Ham have been told to pay €15 million (£13.5 million) if they want to sign Dynamo Kyiv’s Vitaliy Mykolenko this summer, according to a report from Italian media outlet Area Napoli.
The Hammers could face competition from Serie A giants Napoli for the talented young Ukraine international, however.

West Ham will undoubtedly be on the look out for a new left-back this summer.
Aaron Cresswell has regressed badly over the past 12 months. And Arthur Masuaku is quite clearly not consistent enough to play regularly in the Premier League.
And Area Napoli claim that the Hammers are keen to address that issue by signing £13.5 million-rated Dynamo Kyiv ace Vitaliy Mykolenko.
Stats
The 20-year-old left-back has really impressed for Kyiv this season. He has racked up three goals and seven assists in 30 appearances in all competitions (Transfermarkt).
The Kyiv starlet is obviously a highly talented young player. According to Sky Italia, former Ballon d’Or winner Andriy Shevchenko recommended the Kyiv ace to AC Milan earlier this year.
A move to the Premier League might be a difficult one for Mykolenko to acclimatise to immediately, however.
A lot more experienced players have tried and failed throughout the years.
But for just £13.5 million, he might just be worth the punt for West Ham. Whether they manage to beat Napoli to Mykolenko’s signature, however, remains to be seen.
