According to a report from The Telegraph, West Ham United are trying to sign Woking striker Jayden Wareham as the summer transfer window approaches.

Hammers boss David Moyes will be keen to bolster his centre-forward ranks at the London Stadium this summer.
West Ham sold Sebastien Haller in January and failed to replace the Ivory Coast international.
It will be vital for Moyes to bring in a top-class, established hitman in the summer.
Apparently the Hammers are eyeing a move for a youthful prospect as well, however.
West Ham eyeing Jayden Wareham swoop?
The Telegraph claims that West Ham are in the race to sign Woking hitman Jayden Wareham. Southampton and Leicester City are also allegedly chasing the 17-year-old’s signature.
The young forward was released by Queens Park Rangers a few years back.
Wareham has scored two goals in 14 games for Woking this season (Transfermarkt).
He is obviously very raw given his age, but West Ham boss David Moyes has clearly seen something about Wareham that excites him.
The 17-year-old signed professional terms with Woking in October. It is unclear as to how much money the National League club will demand for his services.
It would certainly be a nominal fee, however.
And it remains to be seen whether Jayden Wareham has what it takes to make it at the very highest level.
