West Ham United are eyeing up a potential move to sign Leeds United ace Cody Drameh in the January transfer window.
That’s according to a report from TEAMtalk who claim that the Hammers could face competition from the likes of Newcastle United and Crystal Palace for the 20-year-old Leeds star’s signature.
So who knows? Perhaps the Hammers are lining up above to sign Leeds youngster Drameh in the light of Ashby potentially moving to St James’ Park in January.

I think that prising Drameh away from Elland Road would actually be a really smart move from David Moyes.
And it seems as though that’s exactly what the Scot is trying to do…
West Ham eyeing move to sign Leeds star Cody Drameh
TEAMtalk reckon that the 20-year-old full-back is on the Hammers’ radar ahead of the January transfer window.
The 20-year-old right-back has pace in abundance, is technically very good and is strong in the tackle.
He can play at left-back as well if need be.

Drameh is out of contract with Leeds in the summer of 2024. Jesse Marsch will obviously not want to lose the youngster, but if West Ham come in with an offer for him in January, it will be interesting to see their response.
If David Moyes really does want to bring the Leeds starlet to West Ham in January, it’s a clear sign that Harrison Ashby is on his way out of the club in my opinion.
Losing the 21-year-old will be a bitter pill to swallow.
Replacing him with Drameh, however, will make it a whole lot easier to accept, that’s for sure.
