West Ham United have reportedly just held talks to sign Torino centre-back Perr Schuurs.
According to 90min, West Ham brought up the possibility of signing Perr Schuurs during discussions with Torino about Nikola Vlasic joining the Serie A side on a permanent deal in the summer transfer window.

West Ham and Torino are currently some way apart on a fee for Vlasic, 25 – the Italians are around £3.5 million short of our asking price by all accounts.

So maybe if Torino are prepared to let Schuurs leave this summer, a compromise can be found.
And with Hammers boss David Moyes keen to bolster his central defensive ranks, a move to sign the 23-year-old Dutchman would certainly make sense…
West Ham have just entered talks to sign ‘incredible’ 6ft 3in Dutchman Perr Schuurs
90min claim that the Hammers have held discussions to bring the Torino defender to the London Stadium this summer.
I believe that the 23-year-old could be a very useful addition to Moyes’s ranks at the London Stadium.

In 27 Serie A outings last season, Schuurs averaged 1.7 tackles, one interception, 3.2 clearances and two successful aerial duels per game (Who Scored).
During those appearances, the Dutchman made 39.8 passes per game on average and recorded a completion rate of 88.2% (Who Scored).
Voetbal Primeur have labelled Perr Schuurs as ‘incredible’, and I think he’d be a super signing for West Ham this summer.
Tuttomercatoweb reckon he could be available for around €25 million (£21 million), and I think that would represent good value for the Hammers.
