West Ham United midfielder James Ward-Prowse is a wanted man with just four days remaining in the summer transfer window.
The Hammers apparently want to sell James Ward-Prowse this summer, and are demanding around £25 for his services.
It has been claimed that West Ham head coach Julen Lopetegui doesn’t see James Ward-Prowse as a regular starter.
And now those rumours are unsurprisingly gathering pace, with the Hammers boss keen to raise funds before Friday’s deadline.
James Ward-Prowse joined West Ham from Southampton this time last year, for a fee believed to be worth around £30 million.
Despite plenty of assists direct from corners, the former Southampton man has been labelled as a one-trick pony, because of his lack of influence on the game outside of set-pieces.
I think that if the opportunity is there, then the Hammers shouldn’t think twice about letting the midfielder leave the London Stadium this summer.
He hasn’t got any of that special sauce we need to reach the next level.
West Ham star James Ward-Prowse a wanted man
The former Southampton midfielder’s days at the London Stadium could well be numbered.
If a club comes in with a decent offer for Ward-Prowse, I have no doubts that the Hammers will cash in on him.

And it seems like one Premier League club in particular fancies the idea of prising the 11-capped England international away from West Ham.
Pete O’Rourke has claimed that Nottingham Forest could make an ambitious late move to sign the 29-year-old Hammers midfielder.
Forest are clearly trying to get some Premier League experience through the door before the transfer window closes.
And despite the fact that he’s almost surplus to requirements for us, he could be a very useful addition for Nottingham Forest.
We are at a completely different stage of our development as a club than the East Midlands outfit are.
Ward-Prowse earns £115k-a-week at the London Stadium (Spotrac), so getting him off the wage-bill would be really important.
Lopetegui clearly wants to bring in at least two more signings before the transfer window slams shut.
And selling James Ward-Prowse for in excess of £20 million would enable the West Ham head coach to do exactly that.
Carlos Soler would be a huge upgrade on Ward-Prowse, with his all-round play.
