Brazilian website UOL has claimed that West Bromwich Albion will sell Matheus Pereira for €20 million (£17 million) in the summer and West Ham United shouldn’t think twice about snapping him up.
In other news…Report: West Ham could sign 114-goal striker for absolutely nothing this summer
The 24-year-old joined the Baggies on loan from Sporting Lisbon in the summer of 2019 before making his move to the Hawthorns a permanent one the following year.
The Brazilian attacker has been a real hit with West Brom. He has racked up 14 goals and 23 assists in 69 games for the Black Country outfit thus far (Transfermarkt).
With the Baggies almost certainly set for relegation from the Premier League this season, however, it seems as though Sam Allardyce could look to cash in on Pereira in the summer.

UOL claims that West Brom will be looking to sell the 24-year-old for around £17 million at the end of the season.
West Brom ace Matheus Pereira would be a great signing for West Ham
The Hammers shouldn’t hesitate to swoop in for the South American Baggies ace.
The Brazilian star can play on either wing or in the number 10 role.

Sure, West Ham have more pressing priorities than signing another attack-minded midfielder this summer.
It should be remembered that Felipe Anderson, Andriy Yarmolenko and Manuel Lanzini have all struggled over the past 12-18 months, however. And all of those players face uncertain futures at the London Stadium.
Pereira, 24, would be a younger upgrade on the Hammers trio mentioned above.
And signing the West Brom ace for just £17 million this summer is surely a no-brainer for West Ham.
