ExWHUemployee has claimed that the Hammers’ full focus and attention has now turned to the 23-year-old after a move to sign Chelsea ace Kurt Zouma failed.

Milenkovic would be an exceptional addition for West Ham.

The 23-year-old is big and strong, tenacious in the tackle and dominant in the air.

West Ham signing Milenkovic…what’s the hold up?

The East Londoners made a £23 million bid for the Fiorentina centre-back during last summer’s transfer window according to a report from Gianluca Di Marzio.

That is £9 million more than Milenkovic is available for now (Calciomercato).

Added to that, the 23-year-old is keen to join West Ham according to Ekrem Konur:

It seems as though this is a deal that is just waiting to get done. So why aren’t the West Ham owners pushing it through? Milenkovic would be a truly transformational signing for us.
