The 18-year-old striker is a real talent.
His record since arriving at the London Stadium from Manchester United in October 2019 proves that.
Mipo has bagged 24 goals in 20 appearances for West Ham’s youth teams.
Unfortunately for the teenager, however, he has looked like a fish out of water when playing for the senior team.

The talent is there but the experience and physical attributes are not.
Mipo Odubeko needs West Ham loan exit
A loan move to a Championship club this season could be the making of the 18-year-old centre-forward.
He has all of the attributes needed to succeed.
The teenager just needs to work on the physical side of his game and the nuances needed to find space as an attacker at the very highest level.
The one huge problem may be that West Ham fail to sign a striker this season.

In that case, David Moyes will have to keep Mipo at the London Stadium as cover for Michail Antonio.
If that ends up being reality, Mipo will hardly play again. Moyes is far more likely to use Jarrod Bowen or Said Benrahma through the middle as an auxiliary number nine.

The 18-year-old is desperately crying out for a loan exit this summer. His development as a striker could depend upon it.
