A major development has emerged on West Ham and Everton target Jack Grealish, as sources close to Manchester City’s £100m outcast reveal his choice of clubs.
The Hammers and Toffees have both been linked with a sensational move for Jack Grealish in recent weeks, a prospect which has excited fans of both clubs.
Speculation Man City are willing to let Grealish go has intensified since Pep Guardiola left the playmaker out of his Club World Cup squad.
West Ham, Everton and Manchester City are all in need of rebuilds this summer transfer window.
Things have been slow going for Graham Potter and David Moyes with West Ham welcoming just two new arrivals so far and Everton making the same number of major signings for the first team.
West Ham and Everton looking for creativity
Manchester City operate on a different level, having the money and status to get Guardiola’s signings in the door early and efficiently.
Potter has had to wait until Mohammed Kudus was sold before being able to make additions but so far has only solved the team’s full-back issues.
Moyes meanwhile has declared he wants nine signings for his Everton rebuild.
Both the Hammers and Blues are in desperate need of more creativity and personality in midfield.
That has seen West Ham and Everton heavily linked with a move for Grealish, who has been told he can leave Man City.

In May Hammers News reported West Ham could explore a loan deal to sign Grealish from Man City.
Former Hammers star and current youth coach Carlton Cole told Grealish he should leave Manchester City for West Ham recently.
Newcastle have also been credited with an interest in the former Villa star along with West Ham and Everton.
Those were the main three clubs vying for the popular England playmaker after Tottenham cooled interest in the 29-year-old.
Major Grealish development for West Ham and Everton
Mail Sport claimed the Toffees emerged as shock genuine contenders for Grealish with their new owners looking to “make a statement signing” ahead of the big move to their new Bramley-Moore Dock stadium.
It has been claimed Moyes has been a big admirer of Grealish dating back to his time in charge of West Ham
Top West Ham insiders stirred excitement about a move for Grealish earlier this month, revealing Potter likes the player and that he is open to a move to the London Stadium.
Now there has been a major Grealish development for West Ham and Everton as sources share the Man City outcast’s choice of clubs.
There is now just under five weeks left until the window closes.

Sources share Man City outcast’s choice of clubs
Grealish faces a huge decision on his next move as he is said to be desperate to regain his place in the England squad for the World Cup at the end of the season.
Thomas Tuchel warned Grealish he needs to be playing to get back in his thoughts, something which isn’t going to happen at Man City.
Now ESPN reporter Rob Dawson has delivered an update on the current situation – and it is great news for Potter and Moyes.
Because Grealish returned to Man City training this week following a summer working out alone to stay fit for a move.
And it is claimed Grealish’s choice has come down to two clubs – West Ham and Everton as he plans to leave the Etihad.
ESPN state their sources have revealed it is West Ham and Everton who are the leading two clubs in for Grealish and that he has been told again that he will be allowed to leave.
Straight fight between Moyes and Potter for Grealish
It is claimed that Man City would prefer interested clubs to sign him on a permanent basis.
That would be difficult for West Ham and Everton given Grealish still has two years left on his current £300k per week contract.
But the good news for Potter and Moyes is that the report reveals Man City will consider loan offers the closer it gets to the transfer deadline.
It has always been expected that Grealish will leave a decision on which club he joins as late in the window as possible.
So that bodes well for West Ham and Everton’s hopes of landing him on loan.
Now it seems it will be a straight shootout between the Hammers and Toffees if Grealish wants to remain in the Premier League as he bids to return to the England side in a World Cup year.
West Ham showed they can be the perfect club for that after reigniting Jesse Lingard’s career with a sensational loan deal four years ago.
Moyes showed he can be the perfect manager for that too having been the man in charge of the Hammers at the time.
There has been reported interest from Napoli – where Grealish would link up with Kevin De Bruyne – but West Ham and Everton are the star’s choice of clubs in England ahead of his massive decision.
