There has been a major Eddie Nketiah development for West Ham as the David Moyes striker target makes a big decision over his Arsenal future.
West Ham have been heavily linked with a move for Gunners bit-part player Nketiah for some time.
Moyes has always maintained he wants to continue building West Ham around young, athletic players hungry to prove themselves at the top level.
The Hammers were linked with a move for Nketiah in the summer.
West Ham are competing on all fronts and are through to the last 16 of the Europa League this season. And recent games have proved Moyes desperately needs another striker to play with or instead of Antonio.

But that interest appeared to cool when reports did the rounds that the England Under 21 record goalscorer was in talks over a new Arsenal deal.
Well there has been a major Nketiah development for West Ham today as the Moyes target makes big decision over his Arsenal future by rejecting a new Gunners deal.
And according to Sky Sports that means the 22-year-old will now likely be sold – potentially for a cut price fee – in January, when he will be free to agree a pre-contract move with a foreign club.
“Arsenal’s hopes of keeping hold of Eddie Nketiah have suffered another blow as the striker turned down the club’s latest contract offer,” Sky Sports reports.
“Nketiah’s decision is understood not to be motivated by finances, but over a lack of playing time.
“Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has publicly said he wants Nketiah to stay, but the England U21 international has yet to feature in the Premier League this season.”
Nketiah seems to tick all the boxes for Moyes’s recruitment philosophy at West Ham.
And the Lewisham-born striker would need little time to adjust and acclimatise given he has Premier League experience and is already settled in London.
Nketiah is also close friends with West Ham star Declan Rice from their time together in Chelsea’s youth teams – as previously reported by Hammers News.
