The 28-year-old is allegedly awaiting confirmation that David Moyes has signed a new three-year deal at the London Stadium, however, before instructing his agents to open talks with the Hammers.
Lingard joined West Ham on loan at the end of January.
And Jesse absolutely lit it up in East London.
The Man United owned ace racked up nine goals and four assists in just 16 Premier League games for the Hammers.
He was a key reason behind our sixth placed Premier League finish.
David Moyes will undoubtedly be desperate to sign Jesse up on a permanent deal this summer.

The 28-year-old is keen to link up with the Hammers on a permanent basis this summer according to Claret and Hugh.
The high level insiders claim that Lingard is awaiting confirmation that David Moyes has in fact penned a new three-year deal with the club, however, before asking his agents to push for a move to the London Stadium.
Signing Jesse will be a matter of priority for Moyes.
Let’s hope that Manchester United don’t play hardball and we can pick him up for somewhere around £15-20 million.

Anything more than that and we think West Ham should just walk away. Lingard will be 29 in December. And as good as he is, there will be better value to be had out there.
