The Daily Mail have named Bowen as one of the 22 most likely transfers to happen before next season.
The report suggests the winger will receive interest from clubs in England and across Europe if West Ham are relegated.
With four years left on his contract, the Hammers would demand at least £50 million to sell him.
For comparison, Arsenal paid £48m to sign Noni Madueke from Chelsea last summer after an underwhelming 2024/25 season.

Madueke was only 23 years old at the time, six years younger than Bowen is today, but he was not Premier League proven.
Hammers fans will know that Bowen is worth significantly more than £50m to them, with 64 Premier League goals to his name.
However, the realities of relegation often mean that teams sell their best players for less than their market value.
It would be a double-whammy for West Ham to lose their Premier League status and their best player within a few months.
