James Ward-Prowse is in London to undergo a medical ahead of a proposed move to West Ham United.
West Ham seem to be closing in on a move to sign James Ward-Prowse from Southampton, with Fabrizio Romano claiming that the final stages of the deal have now been reached.

Hammers boss David Moyes needs to make a few more signings before the summer transfer window closes.

Edson Alvarez has already been announced whilst deals for Ward-Prowse and Harry Maguire are believed to have been agreed (The Guardian).

James Ward-Prowse is reportedly now in East London for medical ahead of West Ham move
Fabrizio Romano claims that the Southampton skipper is closing in on a move to the Hammers this summer.
The Italian football journalist tweeted last night:
Ward-Prowse will undoubtedly be a very solid addition to Moyes’s ranks at West Ham.
His ability from set-pieces should make us a very dangerous team from free-kicks and corners.
The 28-year-old is an incredibly hard-worker and has the leadership skills that we desperately lack.
Whilst he won’t be the marquee signing that many Hammers fans hoped for, the England international will do very well at the London Stadium.
West Ham signing Ward-Prowse this summer is a step in the right direction as far as I’m concerned.
