Irritated Rangers boss to put Alfredo on the stand

“Alfredo is a huge part of what we’re trying to do here,” an irritated Gerrard told the press, as broadcast on Sky Sports News on Sunday night.
“Instead of me answering this question every single press conference I’m going to do everything I can to put Alfredo in front of you guys, and you can ask him the question ‘Whether he wants to be part of this going forward’ because I can only say I want him to be part of it.
“But the decision lands with Alfredo. So I’m sure now he’s been in this country for how long, two or three years, I’m sure he knows how to answer yes and no so Robert (Rangers communications team) can we have Alfredo up here please (soon) to save me answering the question everytime? I’ll do my best for you,” Gerrard said to the gathered reporters as broadcast on Sky Sports News.
It was either a supreme show of confidence from Gerrard that he can keep Morelos at Rangers.
