The Evening Standard reckon that the 21-year-old is a prime target for the Hammers, and we’re currently sitting at the front of the queue for his signature.

What an incredible signing this will be, if Moyes manages to get it done.

Ian Maatsen embodies everything that a modern day full-back should be, and he’d be a superb signing for West Ham for just £20 million.

With Aaron Cresswell set to leave the London Stadium this summer, the Chelsea youngster is exactly the kind of signing Moyes needs to be making, with Emerson Palmieri crying out for some quality competition.

West Ham really can’t go wrong by signing the 21-year-old Blues left-back this summer. It seems as though our summer transfer window is finally bursting into life.
