Huge boost for West Ham in David Moyes move to sign the new Jarrod Bowen after exciting claim

There has been a huge boost for West Ham in David Moyes’ move to sign the new Jarrod Bowen after an exciting claim.

West Ham have been heavily linked with a move for exciting Hull City attacker Keane Lewis-Potter this summer (Hull Daily MailThe Daily Star).

First Tigers’ vice-chairman Tan Kesler admitted it may be difficult to hold on to Lewis-Potter with West Ham one of three Premier League cubs who have already made offers for the exciting talent (Futbol Arena).

Then Hull made a £3m bid for MK Dons attacking midfield starlet Scott Twine according to Telegraph journalist John Percy – as reported by The 72 and a host of other outlets.

Given Twine, 22, plays in a very similar style and position to Lewis-Potter, many have suggested it is a pre-emptive move from Hull ahead of the latter’s possible sale.

“Sources have confirmed to 90min that the club (West Ham) are still interested in pursuing a deal – although nothing has been formalised as yet. The Hammers are currently considered favourites to sign Lewis-Potter, with manager David Moyes keen to fill out a squad that will be playing European football for a second consecutive season in 2022/23.”

Keane Lewis-Potter would be a superb signing for West Ham.

The 21-year-old operates mostly as a left or right winger but he can also play through the middle as a centre-forward.

He was on fire in League One for Hull in the 2020/21 season, bagging 13 goals and six assists in 43 league games (Transfermarkt).

And the youngster bagged 12 goals and four assists in 46 games last term.
