Dawson, 32, has been pining for a move closer to his home in the north of England since the summer.

And it seems as though he’s now got his wish. Fair play to Dawson – has has given absolutely everything to the club over the past two years and fully deserves to move back closer to his family.

Dharmesh Sheth West Ham transfer update
Sheth has nailed numerous Hammers transfer stories recently.
The Sky Sports reporter has become well-renowned for having really good inside info at the London Stadium over the past few years.
And Sheth has obviously lent on his contacts to share the following information about Craig Dawson:
Craig Dawson has proved so many people wrong during his time with the Hammers.
It could be argued that he has been our best and most consistent centre-back since he’s been at the club. The 32-year-old wears his heart on his sleeve and gives 100% every time he plays.
He is fantastic in the air, aggressive in the challenge and has surprised many people with his fantastic array of passing over the past year or so. In short, he has been a superb player for West Ham, and has rightly deserved his cult hero status in the East End.
In my opinion, it will be a sad day when he finally leaves, and that day seems to imminently approaching.
The Dharmesh Sheth West Ham transfer update seems to hint that Dawson could leave East London to join Wolves as soon as today.
