West Ham United player is drawing huge interest from one of the game’s most iconic football clubs.

There will be huge change at the London Stadium this summer, with Graham Potter set to ring the changes at West Ham.

Potter is said to be plotting a huge overhaul of his squad at West Ham, and rightly so.

The current group is a badly unbalanced and ageing one.

Potter needs to get rid of the players who simply haven’t performed and/or are completely unsuited to Premier League football.

One player in particular could be sent packing this summer it seems.

West Ham flop Guido Rodriguez could be sold this summer

Guido Rodriguez joined West Ham on a free transfer from Real Betis last summer.

And it could be argued that he is the worst signing the Hammers have made over the last decade.

The only good thing about the deal is that West Ham will be able to make a quick profit by selling Guido Rodriguez this summer.

It seems like it’s almost set in stone where he will be playing next season.

According to a report from Soy del Millo, River Plate have made their former player the ‘chosen one’ ahead of the summer window.

The 38-time Argentinian football league champions are clearly desperate to bring Rodriguez back to Estadio Monumental.

And we should use that to our advantage by getting maximum value for the midfielder who has flopped badly with us.

West Ham are said to be demanding £12.5 million for Rodriguez, but it will surely be a miracle if we get anything like that for him.

Does Graham Potter want to sell or keep Guido Rodriguez?

Potter started Rodriguez for his first two games in charge of the Hammers.

However, we’ve barely seen him since.

And it has now been claimed that Potter is desperate to sell the South American in the summer.

Moving him on will be the correct call.

He desperately lacks the physicality needed to succeed in the Premier League.

And if the opportunity is there for West Ham to make a big profit on Guido Rodriguez in the summer, the club cannot allow to let it pass them by.
