West Ham United could be in line for a real surprise windfall this summer.
Graham Potter has to sell numerous players this summer, in order to fund a much-needed spending spree at West Ham.
The Hammers head coach is eyeing up a big squad revamp at the London Stadium during the off-season.
There is quite simply too much deadwood at the club right now.

And that really does have to change in the summer.
Four clubs want to sign West Ham midfielder Guido Rodriguez
Guido Rodriguez joined West Ham from Real Betis in the summer of 2024 on a free transfer.
However, he has proven to be a quite simply awful addition for us.
The midfielder is painfully ill-suited to the physically robust and intense nature of Premier League football.
According to a report from Estadio Deportivo, Girona, Villarreal and Real Sociedad all want to sign the 30-year-old Argentine.
Meanwhile, Real Betis have been strongly linked with signing the midfielder from West Ham as well.

West Ham want £12 million for Guido Rodriguez, and if we manage to get anything like that it will be a minor miracle.
Hammers owners make it clear if Potter should sell or keep Rodriguez
It seems like the South American’s days in East London are numbered.
The Hammers owners have allegedly made it clear that they want Guido Rodriguez off the books at West Ham.
Despite the fact that he’s been terrible for the Hammers, he could end up being a hugely profitable acquisition.
That said, if West Ham sell Rodriguez for £12 million this summer, I would be truly shocked.
Anything around £5 million for the 30-year-old would be great business.
