Reliable West Ham United insider ExWHUemployee has made an interesting new claim which could be key to sealing a return for Marko Arnautovic.

David Moyes is reportedly serious about bringing Marko Arnautovic back to West Ham this month.
Moyes recently name dropped Arnautovic when discussing West Ham’s lack of forward options (Evening Standard).

Moyes wants Arnautovic back at West Ham
And ExWHUemployee has confirmed Moyes wants to bring back the man he converted from an inconsistent wide forward to a deadly all-action striker during his first spell.
The prospect of a West Ham return for Arnautovic – who infamously demanded a mega money move to China just months after signing a bumper new West Ham contract – does not sit well with some Hammers fans.
But others feel he could be just what West Ham need given Michail Antonio’s persistent injury issues and Sebastien Haller’s continued struggles.
One of the big concerns being voiced by fans is that Arnautovic would upset the fantastic team spirit Moyes has fostered at West Ham.

Hammers fans concerned Arnie ego could destroy brilliant team spirit fostered by Moyes
Players and staff have regularly referenced West Ham’s special team spirit as key to their success in since the first lockdown.
West Ham have made their best start to a season for 22 years. And some fans worry re-introducing an ego like Arnautovic to the dressing room could be detrimental.
But ExWHUemployee claimed last night that Arnautovic would in fact be welcomed back by the players should Moyes move for the striker.

ExWHUemployee claims West Ham players would welcome back ‘friend’
“As I’ve reported before Moyes likes him, he would want to return,” ExWHUemployee said on Twitter.
“Wages could be an issue (unless a deal is agreed with Chinese club for loan). And whether the hierarchy want to go through this again. The players would welcome him back.
“He is still quite popular with the players and friends with them.”
Sky Sports reported yesterday that West Ham have been offered the chance to re-sign Arnautovic.
As also reported by ExWHUemployee, Sky Sports also claims his wages could be prohibitive to any move.
But some fans believe West Ham are simply getting the message out there to Arnautovic and Shanghai SIPG that they are not willing to subsidise anything like his full wages should he return.
