ExWHUemployee claimed that Nathan Holland and Joseph Anang could both leave West Ham on loan this month, when speaking on the West Ham Way podcast last night (Wednesday January 6th).

There should be plenty of transfer activity at the London Stadium this month.

Funds are tight at West Ham, but L’Equipe’s report suggesting that Sebastien Haller could be sold to Ajax for around £23 million should make for an interesting month ahead.

Hammers boss David Moyes needs to bolster his ranks. That goes without saying.

There could be some temporary outgoings as well, however.

West Ham have plenty of talented young players who will struggle to get any game-time this season.

ExWHUemployee names potential West Ham loan exits

Two of those are Nathan Holland and Joseph Anang.

And ExWHUemployee told the West Ham Way podcast last night that the Hammers are trying to loan out both of those players this month:

“Nathan Holland will be looking to go out on loan. He has lots of interest from lower Championship clubs and top League One clubs. I also think Joseph Anang will go out on loan, he wants to get some minutes.”

Both Holland and Anang are very highly thought of at West Ham.

At 22 and 20 respectively, however, they will be desperate for regular action. And a move to the Championship or League One for both players would certainly give them exactly that.

Let’s hope that Nathan Holland and Joseph Anang do both leave the London Stadium on loan and return to West Ham in the summer ready to play regular Premier League football next season.
